Miniature Peanut Butter Cracker Bites

Ingredients

• 3 (2-ounce) chocolate bark coating squares
• 1 tablespoon shortening
• 3 dozen miniature round peanut butter-filled crackers

Preparation

1. Combine chocolate coating and shortening in the top of a double boiler. Bring water to a boil in bottom of double boiler; reduce heat, and simmer. Place chocolate and shortening over water, and cook, stirring constantly, until melted.
2. Dip crackers in chocolate, and place on wax paper. Chill 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
