- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
How to Make It
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add egg, and beat mixture until well blended.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
