If you pipe the cookies out onto a cookie sheet, they'll look a lot better and have a smoother texture. Also, why add all that junk to the filling? Make them even more heart healthy by using only the marshmallow cream. No need to add the other ingredients.

DELICIOUS! Just the thing to wow your guests! I made them exactly like the recipe showed except that I omitted the agave syrup because I didn't have any. They were plenty sweet without it. Also, the filling can be loose so you really only need to make half. We ended up with a lot extra. sooooo good!

[This review is more of what not to do, not an actual review of the recipe itself] This recipe has potential. I omitted the agave syrup and the cookie portion almost tasted like straight cocoa - way to bitter. I then only used the marshmellow creme, instead of the other items with it, and the cookie portions just slid right off of each other, the creme did a poor job holding them together. By the next morning the marshmellow creme had pooled at the bottom of the plate, leaving nothing between the cookies. The recipe was easy to make and the cookie portion turned out like the picture. I will attempt again, with the correct ingredients.

I broke my cardinal rule and did not read the reviews before making this recipe. I made them as directed in the recipe and it was an Epic Fail! The cookie batter was too thin. It was more like cake batter - so I had to add more flour to make it thick enough to hold its shape on the cookie sheet. The filling was way too thin. So, as previous raters had indicated, it slid right off the cookies. In the end, we ate a few of the cookies with the drippy filling, then threw the rest out. Too bad, they were supposed to be for a work Christmas party.
