Mini Turkey Burgers with Gorgonzola

    I discovered this recipe years ago and it's the star of my annual Christmas party, people look forward to it all year long. Very easy to make ahead and freeze, then warm up right before guests arrive.

    I could really taste the cheese, which was delightful. I used mini dills instead of the gherkins. Will make again and again.

    I've made these a couple of times and they are delicious - even the leftovers get gobbled up the next day! Lots of flavor for a turkey burger. Used good quality gorgonzola and potato rolls, which are a must. Served with baked sweet potato fries.
