I tried this because my son doesn't like anything out of the ordinary but does like beef so I thought I could sneak it in. Wrong. It didn't have much flavor and was just nothing special.

Yummy & moist! I had to substitute bbq sauce for ketchup and stoneground mustard for dijon mustard and it was excellent. 1/2 the time it takes for a normal one pan of meatloaf!

You could have a much healthier version of this by using lean ground beef, not chuck which is around 20% fat. That means 20% of your food dollar is waste. The fallacy of cheaper hamburger is that there is more waste. Spend a little more per pound, but use only 1 pound of lean hamburger for fewer calories & much less fat.
