Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) Flour
- 1/4 cup(s) Cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 4 tablespoon(s) Butter, softened
- 6 tablespoon(s) Sugar
- 1/3 cup(s) Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup(s) Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup(s) Hazelnuts, toasted (optional)
Preparation
- 1. preheat oven to 325
- 2. combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside
- 3. in mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter, Nutella and both sugars until smooth - beat in egg and vanilla - by hand, stir in flour mixture
- 4. when flour is incorporated, stir in chips and nuts
- 5. shape dough into balls (1 tsp of dough)
- 6. bake for 12 minutes - keep an eye on cookies - hard to tell when done because cookies are so dark
