  • 1 cup(s) Flour
  • 1/4 cup(s) Cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Butter, softened
  • 6 tablespoon(s) Sugar
  • 1/3 cup(s) Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup(s) Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup(s) Hazelnuts, toasted (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. preheat oven to 325
  2. 2. combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside
  3. 3. in mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter, Nutella and both sugars until smooth - beat in egg and vanilla - by hand, stir in flour mixture
  4. 4. when flour is incorporated, stir in chips and nuts
  5. 5. shape dough into balls (1 tsp of dough)
  6. 6. bake for 12 minutes - keep an eye on cookies - hard to tell when done because cookies are so dark
