    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I made this for Mother's Day dinner and it was fantastic! Served it in a bowl along with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and a Milano cookie. Alone it may be have been a little too sweet for my personal tastes, but the other items balanced it out perfectly. I made the recipe as written and had about 1/3 of it left over after serving it to 10 people.

    Fantastic! I used Tropicana OJ and bottled lime juice and it turned out just fabulous. Will make this one again...seems like an elegant dish guests would enjoy.
