Mimosa Champagne Cocktail
Yield: 6 servings
- 1 pint freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
- 1/2 (25.4-ounce) bottle Brut champagne, chilled
- 1 pint lemon sherbet
- Fresh mint leaves
- Combine orange juice and champagne, stirring gently. Pour into frosted stemmed glasses.
- Add 1 scoop lemon sherbet to each glass. Garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
