  • 1 pint freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
  • 1/2 (25.4-ounce) bottle Brut champagne, chilled
  • 1 pint lemon sherbet
  • Fresh mint leaves


  1. Combine orange juice and champagne, stirring gently. Pour into frosted stemmed glasses.
  2. Add 1 scoop lemon sherbet to each glass. Garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
