Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped shallots
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Serve with oysters on the half shell.
