Mignonette Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup finely chopped shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Serve with oysters on the half shell.
