Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped bottled roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup light Caesar dressing (such as Ken's)
  • 1/2 cup hummus with roasted garlic
  • 4 (10-inch) whole wheat flatbread wraps (such as Toufayan)

Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Spread 2 tablespoons hummus over each wrap; top each wrap with about 2 cups lettuce mixture; roll up. Cut each wrap in half crosswise.
