bowl gets hot, use oven mitts or something when handling bowl after its been in the microwave
procedure;
microwave milk 1:30 (1 minute 30 seconds)
add sugar well until dissolved, microwave :45 then stir well, then anther :45
add hot chocolate mix and coco (for a more dark chocolate fudge topping add more cocoa) stir well,( might have cocoa lumps and marshmallows that won't dissolve, don't worry about those, but stir your best) microwave :45 quick stir another :45 quick stir then :30 stir well again then add vanilla and stir well, by now everything should be stir-ed in well
now microwave on defrost 3:00 stir well
then microwave on defrost 2:00 stir well
again microwave on defrost 2:00 stir well
now microwave about 1:00 on high or until it boils up about an inch (turn off or add time until it bubbles up) stir smooth again then about 1:30 on defrost or until boil), then stir smooth again then about 1:30 on defrost or until boil) stir, then add butter, stir until butter melts and fudge has a consistent smooth creamy texture.
pour into jar to store in fridge
