- 8 ears fresh corn with husks
- Remove husks from corn, and wrap corn individually in plastic wrap. Place corn on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave at HIGH 12 minutes, turning once. Let stand in microwave 2 minutes. Unwrap and, if desired, cut or break corn in half. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper.
