Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette


Makes about 1/2 cup


  • 4 tablespoons fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon drained capers, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together lemon juice, oregano, capers, honey, crushed red pepper, anchovy paste, and minced garlic. Whisk in olive oil; add salt and pepper.
