  • 1 lb. browned ground turkey or beef
  • 1 box Swanson low fat broth
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes w/ green chile (Rotel)
  • 1 16 oz. pk frogen corn
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 pressed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 C diced green pepper
  • 1/2 C diced red pepper
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg tortilla chips


  1. Brown meat--drain well. Combine all ingredients except cheese and tortillas. Bring to boil, then simmer for 2 hours. Thicken soup w/cheese & tortilla chips to you liking.
