You guys are ridiculous.. The reason this dish is considered "mexican" is because it uses cinnamon graham crackers with chocolate to simulate mexican spiced chocolate! It has nothing to do with ovens. :p

I understand why this is considered "Mexican" however, I'm confused about why this is in the "vegetarian" list, since marshmallows contain gelatin, this isn't an actual "vegetarian" recipe.

If you are looking for a sweet pick me up treat, this is it. Plus you can make as much or as little as you want. Depending on the position of your oven rack, and how determined your broiler is, there is a good chance that you can burn the marshmallows, so just flipped on the over light and keep an eye on it. No need for more than 2 minutes. One of these smores and a glass of skim milk and I have my chocolate/sweet fix for at least a day or two... okay, maybe just until tomorrow night.

This was such a disaster!! I did exactly what the directions said and mine burnt so incredibly bad. Next time I will have to turn the oven down quite a bit.
