- 2 whole(s) jalapenos chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) vinegar
- 1/4 cup(s) sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) salt
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- Combine ingredients and cook (over low heat) for 1 hour
