  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cup(s) rice
  • 3 cup(s) water or broth
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chopped garlic from a jar
  • 16 ounce(s) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup(s) frozen peas
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin


  1. Saute onion and rice in oil. Add all igredients to a rice cooker. When rice is almost done, stir in frozen peas.
