- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cup(s) rice
- 3 cup(s) water or broth
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) chopped garlic from a jar
- 16 ounce(s) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup(s) frozen peas
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
- Saute onion and rice in oil. Add all igredients to a rice cooker. When rice is almost done, stir in frozen peas.
