1 cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon salt-free herb-and-spice blend
1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 (2 1/4-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 garlic clove, pressed
8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
How to Make It
Beat cream cheese and sour cream with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in Cheddar cheese and next 5 ingredients. Spread cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla; roll up tortillas. Wrap each separately in plastic wrap. Chill up to 8 hours.
To serve, unwrap each roll, and cut into 8 slices. Secure pinwheels with wooden picks, if desired.
These were a hit at the last party I hosted! I'm not a big fan of olives though, so I left them out. I also cut them still rolled up. If you put them in the freezer for a little while, they are easy to cut without flattening. I will definitely make these again!
