Ingredients
- 12 corn tortillas
- 16 ounce(s) can green chili sauce
- 16 ounce(s) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 6 eggs
- sour cream
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
Preparation
- Layer tortillas, chili sauce and 3/4 of cheese in an ungreased 13 X 9 baking dish. Break eggs over top, spacing evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Slice into squares and garnish with sour cream, lettuce and tomato.
