  • 1/2 cup(s) WATER
  • 1 can(s) BLACK BEANS RINSED
  • 1 can(s) CORN
  • 8 OZ SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE

Preparation

  1. PREHEAT OVEN 350*. BROWN BEEF AND ONIONS,DRAIN. STIR IN TOMATOES,TACO SEASONING,SOUP AND WATER. SIMMER 5 MIN. IN BAKING DISH LAYER DORITOES, MEAT MIX AND CHEESE. REPEAT LAYER THEN TOP WITH DORITOES AND CHEESE. COVER AND COOK 35 MIN. UNCOVER AND COOK ADDITIONAL 10 MIN.
