Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 whole(s) onion small
  • 1/2 whole(s) bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoon(s) ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 pinch(s) garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • toastiodos chips
  • 1 can(s) refried beans
  • 8 pkg. ounce(s) Monterrey Jack

Preparation

  1. Brown beef. add chopped onion, bell pepper, ketchup, chili powder, garlic powder, & salt & pepper. Put mixture in casserole dish with refried beans on top. (do not mix) top with gratred monterrey jack cheese. 350 degrees
