2 4-oz. cans whole green chiles, drained
2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 cup biscuit baking mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a lightly greased 8"x8" baking pan, layer chiles, tomatoes and cheese. Beat together remaining ingredients and spoon over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until set.
