Mexican Bow-tie Pasta with Chicken

We loved it. I used a chipotle salsa because that was all I had. To cut some fat grams and calories I used low fat cream cheese, skim milk and 99% fat free chicken broth. I would suggest chopping the garlic or removing it before adding all the ingredients. It does get lost in the wonderful sauce and I got two big pieces. I will certainly make this again even for company.

This recipe just didn't have enough taste. Had to add a ton more salsa, chopped cilantro and green onions to save it. It sounded like it was going to be so good but just so-so. Won't be making again.

I have to agree with Denise, this just didn't have enough flavor depth and I didn't like the way the sauce dried & thickened a few minutes after cooking.

This is absolutly very good. The children will love this also. It's a great family night recipe, I did add spinich to this but I believe broccoli would be better for children and adults that don't like spinich. GREAT!

So-so. The only "mexican" thing about it is the salsa. Was okay but probably won't make again.

Very good . Made some changes due to fat and salt restrictions.I used low fat cream cheese and fat free milk with a little creamer. I didn't have salsa so I used pico de gallo. Add some mexican spices. Very tasty and creamy. Will make again.

Loved it. Didn't have salsa on hand so substituted a can of Rotel and added extra garlic to our liking.

This was so good and easy! I didn't use chicken and chopped the garlic. It came together very well and had plenty of flavor!

This was a quick and easy weekday meal. I also used low fat cream cheese, chicken broth and milk. It was still creamy and tasty.

Good and easy to make with on-hand minimal ingredients.

This has potential. I added some peas, corn, and mushrooms. I now think some sun dried tomatoes and broccoli crowns would have been good in it as we'll. nevertheless, the base recipe needs some help. In the end, it was pretty good and now I know what I would do if I make it again.
