  • 1 pound(s) Chicken, cooked & shredded
  • 1/2 can(s) Fiesta Cheddar Soup
  • 1 piece(s) Onion, small & chopped
  • 2-3 cup(s) Rice, cooked
  • 1/2 envelope(s) Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can(s) Tomato Sauce (small)


  1. 1. in saucepan combine rice, chicken, tomato sauce and soup

  2. 2. add taco seasoning and simmer five minutes

  3. 3. add salt and pepper to taste

  4. 4. top with shredded cheese and black olives (optional)
