Cazuela de Merluza con Almejas En Salsa Verde

  • One order ingredients Merluza (8OZ boneless)
  • 1/2 pound Clams
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped
  • Parsley (pinch)
  • 8 ounces Seafood Broth
  • 1/2 tablespoon Flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • *Optional addition of cayenne pepper for spicyness*

How to Make It

  1. Heat clay casserole dish on burner. Add olive oil Add garlic, sauté until brown. Add flour to create roux. Add broth. Add merluza. Cook both sides for 5 minutes. Add clams. Cook for 5 more minutes uncovered. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
