Calabrian Chile Oil


Approximately 1/2 cup


  • 1/4 cup Calabrian chiles, drained
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine chiles and oil in a food processor and process until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Strain through a mesh strainer into a bowl. Transfer to a squeeze bottle.
