Chili recipe my mom made when I was a kid.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 can(s) tomato juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

Preparation

In skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess grease. In a large pot, combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 10 minutes.
