  • 1 (5-ounce) package gourmet salad greens (mesclun)
  • 1 cup bottled refrigerated red grapefruit sections (such as Del Monte)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine grapefruit juice and remaining 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Pour over salad greens; toss gently.
