Ingredients
- 1 (5-ounce) package gourmet salad greens (mesclun)
- 1 cup bottled refrigerated red grapefruit sections (such as Del Monte)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine grapefruit juice and remaining 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Pour over salad greens; toss gently.
