Ingredients

1 (5-ounce) package gourmet salad greens (mesclun)
1 cup bottled refrigerated red grapefruit sections (such as Del Monte)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine grapefruit juice and remaining 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Pour over salad greens; toss gently.
