Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken thighs skinned & boned cut into bit size pieces
- 1tbsp worstershire sauce
- 1/4 pt water
- 1tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1x bag egg noodles
- 1x bag fresh egg noodles
- 1lge onion chopped
- 6 spring onions chopped
- 1/2 tsp sriracha hot sauce
- 2 bell peppers cut into pieces
- 2 medium heat green chillies seeds removed and chopped
- 6 chestnut mushrooms sliced
- 1pkt tesco's stir-fry sauce chilli,garlic & ginger
Preparation
- 1. Add oil,garlic,worstershire sauce and sriracha sauce to wok and add sliced chicken till cooked and golden brown set aside to keep warm
- 2. Add stir-fry sauce, water add all veg except noodles and beansprouts cook until peppers and onions are soft
- 3. Return chicken to wok add noodles until they are hot, then add beansprouts about 1 minute before end of cooking to warm thro but stay crunchie
- Serve on hot plates
