  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
