Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Cooking spray
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (7-ounce) package baby spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add spinach, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or just until spinach wilts. Sprinkle spinach mixture with salt and remaining ingredients, and serve immediately.
