- 1 cucumber peeled and diced
- 1 pint(s) grape tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup(s) pitted olives halved
- 8 ounce(s) feta cheese cut into cubes
- 1.5 tablespoon(s) fresh oregano chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) red wine vinegar
