Great! I ended up only using 4 whole wheat pasta noodles. Used sundried tomato basil feta cause that's what I had. Would make the veggies as a side they were so good. Don't omit the mint and fennel - they make the dish. Had company and they loved it too.

Yum! I made this healthy dish for my meat-eating boyfriend, and received rave reviews! It was moist and cheesy enough without being unhealthy. A couple words of advice: 1. If you're a busy woman and tend not to get home until 7:30 or so at night, put this together ahead of time. 2. If you have an Italian boyfriend/husband/mother-in-law/whatever, do NOT call this lasagna! I learned my lesson :-)

This was awful. Very dry and very little flavor - not worth the time, money or effort. I would liken it to mud, but mud would have a more earthy flavor. Not one family member found anything redeeming about it. CL has some great recipes that have made it into our rotation - this is not one of them.

Great layers - the noodles cooked personally and the sauce is creamy without being heavy. I'd cut out the beans, use less leek, and add chopped olives and sun-dried tomatoes. the mint and fennel smell heavenly while this cooks, but unfortunately don't taste that strong.
