This is a great lunch(or light summer dinner)...we love the fresh flavor of the herbs.

Needed something more in the way of ingrediants. Probably won't make again.

easy, light. i found the lavash, pita, and tortillas too heavy for the filling. tried again with rice paper wraps which seemed a little more appealing. still will not make again.

We really enjoyed this. The second time I added artichokes and chickpeas (slightly mashed) because I like them. I've decided I don't like cilantro so I'll switch to Italian parsley next time. My husband loves feta and would like that added next time also. Might be good with some diced tomato seasoned with Cavender's greek seasoning. Could be good with rotisserie chicken for meat eaters..Very satisfying crunchy wrap for a warm evening.

Loved the dressing. Kids didn't care for the mint.
