I really liked this recipe. I stuck to the exact recipe (except subing out feta for parm and using canned tomatoes instead of fresh), which I never do, and it was awesome! My whole family loved it. In the future I will try this with rice instead of potatoes. This looks impressive for entertaining and was easy.

This was pretty simple and very yummy! I used a sauvignon blanc and it turned out great!

My husband called me at work after trying this for lunch, and said it was the "best thing I've ever had." My 12 year old raved as well. I used canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh, and used all of a 3 lb bag of red potatoes. A great hearty meal, good enough to serve to guests.

Loved the flavor, my family loved it A LOT. Served it with an herbed focaccia bread to sop up the juices and it was perfect. However, mine did seem to be a little too brothy/juicy...did anyone else have this issue? Can't call it a problem because it worked well with the bread! :) Fabulous blend of flavors, will make again for sure!

Very Good. Made exactly per instructions. One of my husband's favorites. Serve with asparagus and fresh baked bread rolls.

This recipe was delicious! We made it for our a dinner party and absolutely loved it! Would definitely make it again. Refrained from adding the olives and it still turned out great! Served with quinoa and asparagus.

This was MUCH better the next day. Next time I'll make it the night before so the flavors have time to absorb.

This recipe was very unique and I'm really glad I tried it. I didn't have fresh basil, so I used dry and that was the only thing I changed. I thought the prep was really easy and quick. The full version of the recipe makes a ton of food, so halfing it might be a good idea.

This dish is delicous as is, especially the next day. However, I would like to add lemon and oregano, which are two staples in Mediterranean/Greek Chicken dishes. It will only enhance the flavors already there. Definately a recipe to make again and again.

This recipe is FABULOUS!! I made it for company and for my family!! Everyone went gaga over it, including me!! The long ingredient list almost detoured me from trying this but lucky for me I was craving artichokes!!

Mixed reviews from family. A lot of effort and ingredients for lower payoff. Probably won't make again. Was good with a tomato/parmesan bread.

Delicious, flavorful, beautiful presentation and surprisingly easy. I followed the recipe exactly, adding just a few more pepperoncini as we like the kick. I would make this for a casual dinner as well as part of a special occasion. It also saves well and can be reheated, making it very portable to boot.

My boyfriend and I both liked this. I cut way back on the peppers because I was afraid they would add too much heat but I think next time I'll add the recommended amount. I used canned diced tomatoes and dried basil and it turned out fine. I think I'll also try toasted pine nuts. This recipe is a keeper.

This was a lot of work and would have been worth it if I had known that Pepperoncini peppers are hot...I am definitely going to try this recipe again but this time I plan on leaving out the peppers and I am going to have all of the ingredients prepared (chopped, measured out, etc) beforehand.

This was outstanding. The only thing I changed was add more garlic than called for in the recipe, which I always do. I followed everything else. The flavors were fantastic and balanced and bright. you could taste each individual ingredient, but it all blended well together. I'll definitely be making this again.

This was pretty good and easy. I'm not sure I used the right "small" red potatoes though. I only used 10 and there was ALOT of potato. I might also cut back on the salt....

Excellent flavors. I've made this several times, almost always following the recipe. Sometimes I serve this with a dinner salad. Everyone loves this dish in our house.

The combination was wonderful. I didn't have fresh basil so used a teaspoon of pesto, and used some jalapeño stuffed olives, sliced, in lieu of the kalamata as that is all I had. I didn't combine the potatoes with the chicken because we like a crisper roasted potato, but served it combined.

very tasty! would be good for company! used 1# chicken but all other measurements as written. used canned tomatoes, oregano and lemon instead of basil. love kalamatas but will leave out next time. oh, the potatoes were awesome, so served mixture over them instead of mixing them in. topped with feta.

This was "okay". A little disappointed after reading all the 5 star reviews. I'm a great cook, so it wasn't that. Its a super easy recipe to follow also. We love every single ingredient that went into this. My grocer sells fresh, roasted artichoke hearts and they are to die for! My potatoes were so beautiful after they roasted I hated putting them in the mixture. That little bit of liquid took all of that lovely texture away. I do really think that's what threw this off for us. Next time I will try this and place the potatoes on the side. Probably add more fresh tomatoes and basil too.

This was very good, easy, and flavorful but I made a mistake with the pepper ingredients. Substitutions for pepercinis listed banana peppers and jalapeños, so I used a mixture of both since I had jarred amounts of both. Unfortunately, I used too many jalapeños in my blend and it was too spicy. Regardless, I definitely want to make this again. I also used 2 drained jars of diced basil tomatoes, fresh basil, and poultry seasoning (on chicken). Served with side veggie.
