Mediterranean Butter



  • 3 tablespoons minced pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons basil olive oil.
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

How to Make It

  1. Stir olives, garlic, and basil olive oil into butter; cover and chill 8 hours. Serve on sliced French bread for an easy appetizer or on pasta, fish, or chicken.
