Makes about 30 appetizers (serving size: 1 appetizer)

Ingredients

8 ounces hummus
1 (12-ounce) bag baked pita chips
1 large carrot
2 lemons

Preparation

Spread hummus evenly onto baked pita chips. Shred carrot; distribute evenly over chips. Zest rind of 2 lemons; place a few pieces atop carrot.
