  • 6 slice(s) bread
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 2 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup(s) minced parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 10 slice(s) bacon
  • 1-1/2 cup(s) ketchup
  • 1/3 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Pour milk over bread slices in small bowl; let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Combine, beef and next 7 ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Shape mixture into 9x5 loaf pan. Place on lightly greased rack; arrange bacon over loaf.

  4. Whisk ketchup and remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour 1/3 mixture over top of loaf; bake 15 minutes; let stand 10 minutes.
