Meatballs (for spaghetti or lasagna)

  • ground beef
  • ground veal
  • ground pork
  • egg whisked
  • breadcrumbs
  • dried oregano
  • dried parsley
  • dried basil
  • fresh garlic minced
  • toasted pine nuts optional
  • worchestershire sauce optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • EVOO


  1. Mix together gently. Use a ice cream scoop 2 make consistent sized balls & roll into ball. Place in a container. I like 2 give them flat sides 2 make browning easier. Heat a skillet on High drop in meatballs. I do 4 to 6 @ a time depending on size of skillet & 2 control searing times. Sear all sides of meatball 2 lock in juices. Remove & place on dishes as U do other batches. Then simmer in sauce til cooked thru!
