- 1 pound(s) ground beef
- 1 white or yellow onions small
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup(s) milk
- 1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs-Panko
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce
Preparation
- Mix in a bowl, form balls. Cook at 400f until done.
