Yield 1/2 cup


  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Make It

  1. Cream butter in a small mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice; stir well. Store mixture in a covered container in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve butter at room temperature with pompano or other baked or broiled fish.
