  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
