How to Make It
Cut potatoes into quarters.
Combine potatoes and boiling water to cover in a large saucepan; cook 20 minutes or until tender. Drain liquid, reserving potatoes in saucepan; add butter and salt. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add half-and-half; stir well. Serve immediately.
