  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 3 clove(s) garlic
  • 1/2 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
  • paprika
  • pepper to taste
  • 5 pound(s) potatoes, peeled
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream


  1. Boil potatoes until done. Beat with electric beater. Add butter, sour cream, garlic, cheese and pepper. Put in baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350' for 30-40 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen. Bring to room temperature and bake according to directions.
