Mascarpone Cream

Yield Makes about 1 1/2 cups

  • 1 (8-oz.) container mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It

  1. Whisk together mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, and vanilla until blended. (Do not use an electric mixer.)
