Mascarpone Cream

Great with: Blackberry-Peach Cobbler.

Ingredients

1 (8-oz.) container mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Whisk together mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, and vanilla until blended. (Do not use an electric mixer.)
