- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon capers (optional)
How to Make It
Combine chicken with next 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Chill at least 2 hours.
Serve chicken salad in a lettuce- lined bowl; garnish with egg slices and capers, if desired.
