3 lbs oxtails
1 pkg onion soup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs canola oil
water
1.Thoroughly wash oxtails.
2.Season with salt and pepper.
3.Add oil to pot.Brown on med.
4.Add onion soup and water (just enough to cover meat).
5.Cook for 2 hours or until tender.
