Ingredients

  • 3 lbs oxtails
  • 1 pkg onion soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbs canola oil
  • water
  • 1.Thoroughly wash oxtails.
  • 2.Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.Add oil to pot.Brown on med.
  • 4.Add onion soup and water (just enough to cover meat).
  • 5.Cook for 2 hours or until tender.
